Snow Dayz
On a day that Mon County Schools close or have a delay families accepted in the Snow Dayz program who need care MUST reserve their spot by texting the School Age Phone (304-641-7423).
Weather Policy:
If West Virginia University delays opening (for classes and/or staff) due to weather, SCELC will open at 10:00am. If WVU closes campus early (for students and/or staff) due to weather, SCELC will close 1 hour after the WVU closure time. SCELC will close if a State of Emergency is declared due to weather. During WVU breaks, like Christmas break, weather-related delays/closures will be at the discretion of the SCELC Director.
